1.2 "This website" means www.bohdandiamonds.com. "We", "us", and "BÓHDAN" refer to BÓHDAN DIAMONDS. "You" or "the customer" means any user of this website or buyer of our products or services.

3.1 You may choose to create an account. Please keep your details accurate and confidential.
3.2 You are responsible for all activity under your login. Notify us immediately at info@bohdandiamonds.com of any security concerns.
3.3 We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account use.

4.1 All prices are in NZD. Prices may change at any time. If they change after you've placed an order, we will contact you.
4.2 International orders are subject to duties or taxes payable by you.

5.1 By placing an order, you agree to the listed prices and terms. Orders are subject to availability. We will confirm acceptance via email.
5.2 We reserve the right to decline orders for any reason.
5.3 If a product is unavailable, we will inform you and issue a refund if applicable.
5.4 If a product is incorrectly listed, we may cancel your order and refund you.
5.5 You may cancel your order before receiving a confirmation. After confirmation, cancellations are not accepted.
5.6 Products are sold for personal use only and are not to be resold.
5.7 Images are indicative only. Your piece may vary slightly.

6.1 We accept Visa and Mastercard. Transactions are securely processed via Windcave (DPS).
6.2 We are not liable for losses due to unauthorised third-party access to payment data.
6.3 For overseas customers, your final charge will depend on your card provider's exchange rate.

7.1 Once your order is accepted, we aim to dispatch within 5 business days unless otherwise specified.
7.2 We ship via signature-required courier within New Zealand. Hand delivery is available in Auckland and nearby areas.
7.3 Estimated delivery times: NZ — 7-14 business days. International — 10-20 business days.
7.4 Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
7.5 All orders are gift wrapped in BÓHDAN packaging. You may include a gift note at checkout.

8.1 If you're not completely happy, contact us within 21 days to discuss the options.

9.1 You are responsible for any duties, taxes or import fees.
9.2 Ensure you're aware of your country’s import rules before ordering.

10.1 We stand behind the craftsmanship of our jewellery. Warranty covers manufacturing defects (not wear and tear) within:

• 2 years for gold, platinum and bespoke items

• Lifetime warranty for BÓHDAN diamonds

10.2 Please contact us with any concerns. We may offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

11.1 All content on this website is owned by BÓHDAN. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without permission.
11.2 All designs, including custom pieces, remain the intellectual property of BÓHDAN.

12.1 Use of this site is subject to our Privacy Policy.

13.1 We are not responsible for content or practices of third-party websites linked on our site.

14.1 We strive for accuracy in our product descriptions and images but cannot guarantee they are always error-free.
